Privacy
This page explains what we collect on strandgate.com while Strandgate is in preparation, and what we do with it. In short: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only to contact you about Strandgate and to plan the product, and we never sell it.
Who we are
We are Strandgate. Contact: info@strandgate.com.
What we collect
From the waitlist form: your name, company, work e-mail, company size, the systems you install, and whether you’d like to be a Founding Partner. From the survey: your answers, and your e-mail if you choose to give it. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
To protect the forms from abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for about 10 minutes. It can’t be turned back into your address and is deleted automatically soon after. The forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.
Why we use it
To contact you about Strandgate (launch news, the Founding Partner program, a demo invitation), and to decide what to build first. We send only messages related to Strandgate.
Where it’s stored
Two service providers handle your details for us: Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the form answers and runs the spam check, and Google (Gmail) holds the copy of each form that is e-mailed to our inbox. They process your details only to provide these services to us. We never sell your details, and we don’t share them with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or at most 24 months after Strandgate launches if you haven’t become a customer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them. Write to info@strandgate.com, and we’ll answer within 30 days. Every e-mail we send also has a link to stop receiving them.
Changes
If this page changes, we’ll update the date at the top. When Strandgate launches, this page will be replaced by the full privacy policy of the app.
